Jeannette Kotrys

Jeannette specializes in advanced cardiovascular lipid management, Apo E genetic variants related to diet & exercise, weight management (including eating disorders and bariatrics), dietary management of chronic disease states including diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and metabolic X syndrome for all ages. Jeannette is dedicated to teaching nutrition and wellness to prevent the onset and progression of chronic disease; we’re so happy to have her invaluable expertise on our team!

Jeannette has been an integrative Registered Dietitian for over sixteen years and an active professional in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. She is also a certified personal trainer, CPR/AED certified, and a contributor to The Perfect Gene Diet by Pamela McDonald.

She was born in San Mateo, CA growing up on the Peninsula, a melting pot of numerous cultures. Having exposure to diverse cultures assists her in creating effective and relevant lifestyle management plans for each client with an eye towards sustainable success. Jeannette obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (focus on geriatrics) from San Francisco State University.

Jeannette currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband and 3 children. She lives and breathes wellness and loves to share her knowledge with all who are interested. Wellness encompasses the whole being; everyone should be able to find what contributes to their overall wellness and continue to build on that foundation and Jeannette is the ideal partner to make that happen.
