Camille Christie is our Community Liaison and Assistant Care Manager. In her dual roles she is responsible for sharing enABLE’s mission and services with the community and supporting our Care Managers while they care for enABLE’s clients. Camille’s professional background is in senior living and she has Nursing Home Administrator’s (NHA) license and Residential Care Facility for the Elder (RCFE) license. For almost three years she served as The Executive Director of The Stratford, an award-winning, luxury, independent living community and made many wonderful connections with the community during that time. Prior to that she trained and worked in memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing in the Peninsula and Berkeley.

Camille received her Bachelor’s in Communications at Lewis and Clark College and her Master’s in Business Administration at Willamette University. In between degrees she completed a year of AmeriCorps service in Montgomery, AL where she worked with seniors to age safely in their homes. She is proud to say that she is a certified forklift driver and lead renovator!

Camille comes to enABLE from the sunny island of Kauai, rainy forests of Oregon, and beautiful Napa Valley. After living in all these amazing places she naturally loves to hike and backpack which she does as often as possible when not working. Her husband, Ryan, joins her for as many backpacking trips as possible when not working at a local hospital. Camille is passionate about cheese, cartwheels, and creating community!
